Ms. Fraija
School Director University of Michigan
Nicole Fraija graduated from the University of Michigan, where she majored in Psychology and Political Science with a minor in Business Administration. She joined Classical Charter Schools in 2021 as a ClassiCorp Fellow and taught 4th–6th grade while pursuing her Master of Arts in Teaching at RELAY Graduate School of Education. Ms. Fraija was a founding fifth grade team leader at South Bronx Classical IV, later serving as a grade team leader in sixth grade before transitioning into an instructional coaching role. In addition to her coaching responsibilities, she was selected for the network’s School Leader Fellowship, collaborating with directors, coaches, and teachers across the network. You will find Ms. Fraija with scholars, in classrooms, and most importantly, bringing joy, high expectations, and a deep sense of purpose to every learning moment.
